Celery Experiment Died

I am sad to report that the in soil celery experiment died yesterday.  I'm not sure exactly what happened, it just flopped over even though the soil was still damp and there were no bugs.  Oh well it did produce very thin celery stocks.

Amaryllis Did Not Flower

I am very sad to report that the tribute Amaryllis that I planted for my husband's Grandma didn't manage to produce a flower.  We got some huge leaves, lots of little gnats and no flower.  Due to the gnat infestation, that no matter what we did, kept coming back had to be thrown out.  Maybe we'll try again next year with a brand new fresh plant.
