So last night for dinner we tried the corn from our garden. I boiled it in salt water like I do with all of the corn we eat. We both thought it tasted gross. Lesson learned.....we're not growing corn in the garden again.
At least the cucumbers and tomatoes that we've grown taste good. The tomatoes taste like little candies. Oh so sweet. YUM!!!
Does anyone have any zucchini recipes they are willing to share? I am getting tired of eating zucchini and we still have 7 more to eat. And they are huge!!! We've had a zucchini loaf, muffins, cake, crumble, stuffed zucchini and stir fry. Anything else? Maybe zucchini soup?
